The upcoming session will take place on Wednesday, July 22, featuring Prof José A. Jiménez-Heffernan, focusing on the diagnostic approach to pancreatic cytology.

Following Professor Runjan Chetty’s webinar on the diagnostic approach to pancreatic biopsy, this session continues the pancreatic pathology theme by exploring the practical interpretation of pancreatic cytology specimens.

Prof Jiménez-Heffernan is Head of the Department of Pathology at Hospital de la Princesa and Professor of Pathology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. An internationally recognised expert in diagnostic cytopathology, he has authored more than 160 journal articles and book chapters and is an expert member of the IAC-IARC (WHO) Liver and Kidney/Adrenal reporting systems.
